These services are facilitated either directly by our team or through trusted third-party partners.

2. Bookings & Payments

  • All bookings must be confirmed via WhatsApp or email after a form submission.
  • Full or partial payment may be required upfront for certain services such as car rentals or vehicle sourcing.
  • Prices will be confirmed during the booking process and may vary based on the customer's needs, area, and service availability.
  • All prices include VAT (if applicable).

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Refunds are only issued under specific conditions and are not guaranteed.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of a confirmed service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • For driving test bookings, we do not guarantee availability for specific dates or times but aim to meet your preferences as closely as possible.

4. Driving Test Services

  • Customers must ensure they are eligible and test-ready before booking a car rental or driving test date through us.
  • Our rental cars are fully roadworthy and meet DVSA standards.
  • Instructors or representatives accompanying you are not liable for test outcomes.
  • Customers are responsible for bringing the correct documents to the test.

5. Vehicle Sourcing

  • Vehicles are sourced from trusted auctions, dealers, and trade-only platforms.
  • Speed Sourcing UK is not liable for any issues arising after purchase if full disclosure was provided at the time of sale.
  • Customers are encouraged to review the vehicle and documentation thoroughly before finalizing the deal.

6. Insurance & Claims Support

  • Insurance services and accident claims are handled via our FCA-registered partners.
  • We assist in making the process easy but are not an insurance company or claims handler ourselves.
  • All information provided by the client must be accurate and truthful to avoid issues during processing.

7. Modifications & Servicing

  • Work is carried out by third-party garages; we facilitate the bookings.
  • Any disputes regarding the quality of work must be raised directly with the service provider.
  • Quotes are provided in advance where possible.

8. Business Start-Up Help

  • Design, branding, and social media setup services are provided based on the package discussed with the client.
  • Revisions may be limited and are specified per project.
  • Ad spend (for marketing) is not included in service prices unless stated otherwise.

9. Data Collection & Privacy

  • Information collected through forms (e.g., names, contact details, vehicle info) is used solely for providing requested services.
  • We do not share your personal information with third parties without your consent unless required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

Speed Sourcing UK and its partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
